Job Title: Revenue Optimization Specialist

This is a high-impact role where you will shape how data, processes, and systems drive business growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated workflows for seamless funnel tracking across Sales and Marketing.
  • Identify and deploy AI-driven tools to improve forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
  • Develop scalable reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems and strategies.
  • Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Manage the full lead lifecycle: cleansing, enrichment, CRM upload, and distribution.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in a senior analyst or lead role with demonstrated team coaching and mentorship.
  • Expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of BI tools (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
  • Passionate about automation, process improvement, and scalable systems.
