Job Title:
Business Growth Strategist
- Manage cold outreach efforts to drive new business opportunities.
- Conduct research and track responses to optimize outreach strategies.
What we're looking for in a candidate:
- Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple outreach campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar).
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting and optimising email templates.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage databases and email tracking systems with accuracy.
- Analyse outreach performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to generate high-quality leads and improve engagement rates.
- Work seamlessly with the Salesteam to achieve business objectives.
Bonus points for candidates who have:
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation or business development.
- Familiarity with email automation tools or outreach platforms.
- Background in conducting online research and organising data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to refine processes for efficiency.
Working Arrangements:
- This is a full-time permanent position working 45 hours a week.
- Candidates will collaborate directly with the Creative Director and other internal team members as required.
- The role is fully remote requiring a reliable internet connection and suitable setup for on-camera meetings.
