- Plan and manage meetings, conferences, and company events, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Perform routine administrative tasks including expense reports, file organization, record-keeping, and other office duties.
We seek a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with 5+ years of experience in the construction industry or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and familiarity with Canva for presentation design.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
