This is a highly proactive and seasoned role that provides high-level support to the Founder of a fast-growing company based in Europe.
- Manage inbox and calendar for executives, streamlining operations and enabling executive focus.
- Track and coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective collaboration.
- Handle financial coordination and basic reporting, providing valuable insights to support business growth.
- Create SOPs from Loom recordings and existing processes, improving efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain data dashboards (Google Sheets) and handle data entry, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare weekly/monthly business performance reports, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Book travel and handle ad hoc admin tasks, supporting the team's needs and ensuring seamless execution.
- Support and manage affiliate partnerships, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Support and grow influencer collaborations, leveraging social media and content marketing to reach new audiences.
- Support B2B partnerships and outreach, developing strategic relationships and driving business development.
- 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting an e-commerce founder, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets, including dashboards and reporting, with hands-on experience with Shopify and at least one marketplace (Amazon or Bol.com).
- Practical experience managing listings and backend tasks across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Bol.com, MediaMarkt, Decathlon), with a strong background in financial coordination and reporting support.
- Experience sourcing and managing affiliate, influencer, and B2B partnerships, with a genuine interest in personal development and exploring productivity tools.
