We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized professional to fill the role of Loan Portfolio Assistant. This position requires strong risk management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret legal and financial documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage resolved loans, ensuring all relevant processes are followed.
  • Request copies of orders/agreements from authorized representatives.
  • Review and analyze legal documents to determine repayment obligations and financial implications.
  • Maintain regular communication with external partners to track loan resolution progress.
  • Prepare and distribute final statements to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the registration and withdrawal of securities and caveats.
  • Send confirmation notifications upon successful loan repayment and resolution.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in loan administration, finance, or related fields.
  • A deep understanding of financial documents, agreements, and legal orders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work proactively and follow up with multiple parties.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
