The Product Officer role requires expertise in driving the growth, profitability, and market relevance of housing loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine the product strategy for housing loans to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning.
  • Recommend new features, loan packages, or add-on services based on client needs.
Promo Creation & Program Management
  • Design and implement promotions and special campaigns to increase housing loan acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure smooth promo implementation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of promos/programs through key performance indicators such as application inflow, conversion, and ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Provide product information, tools, and training materials to support Sales efforts.
  • Coordinate updates or process changes with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams.
  • Work with Marketing to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in product development, project coordination, or related roles in banking/financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator with good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
