We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue through lead generation and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish Strong Business Relationships:
  • Build rapport with customers and clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Acquire Potential Sales Leads:
  • Identify and acquire potential sales leads from various channels, including social media, client referrals, events, and online platforms.
Nurture and Coordinate Leads:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to nurture and include leads in effective campaigns.
Develop and Maintain CRM:
  • Develop and maintain a sales prospecting database or CRM and ensure that details are accurate.
Follow up with Leads:
  • Follow up with leads through email, phone call, and other communication channels.
Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices to improve lead generation strategies.
Qualification and Conversion Rates:
  • Develop and implement criteria for qualifying leads and monitor conversion rates.
Additional Tasks:
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  1. Proven Experience:
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients.
Excellent Communication Skills:
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills.
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels.
Current Technologies:
  • Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
Software Skills:
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
Calendar Management:
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
Communication Skills:
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
Tech Savvy:
  • Tech savvy.
Attitude:
  • Proactive attitude.
Availability:
  • Able to work flexible hours.
