Job Description

A Business Development Representative will assist in maintaining and strengthening relationships with valued clients, providing support in nurturing and expanding client base. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning account management skills, eager to contribute to client satisfaction, and ready to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist directors in relationship maintenance and strengthening with current and past clients
  • Prepare for client meetings, follow up on action items, and learn key customer needs and requirements
  • Understand customer needs to provide relevant solutions
  • Assist in preparing quotations and proposals for existing clients
  • Identify upsell opportunities and generate new sales leads
  • Maintain accurate records for assigned contacts and companies
  • Assist in rate card, presentation deck, and case study preparation
  • Act as liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in competition monitoring, analysis, and reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
