- ITIL certification in Request, Incident, Problem, Knowledge Management, and Change.
- Fluent English and French language skills.
- Windows, UNIX, Linux, Script languages, SQL, Oracle 11g, Linux Redhat 5.3, Windows 2008 R2, ASP, Javascript, GENIO RT, SQLdeveloper.
