
Amazon Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a strategic Brand Manager to oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth.
- Lead onboarding and manage brand milestones (30/60/90 days)
- Own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery
- Coordinate internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads) to keep progress on track
- Resolve client issues through the Assist Desk and ongoing audits
- Ensure SOPs are followed for onboarding/offboarding
- Contribute to quarterly case studies and internal team updates
This role requires 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.) and 2+ years in client/account management. We seek a clear communicator and proactive problem-solver with experience in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom or willingness to learn.
