About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and leading cross-functional teams.

This is a full-time, fully remote role that requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of Amazon's advertising and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Drive month-over-month sales growth across multiple SKUs while maintaining a focus on profitability.
  • P&L Management: Own the financial performance of one or more Amazon-native brands, including revenue, ad spend, promotions, and margins.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with creative, logistics, and growth teams to drive key initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Amazon Advertising: Build and optimize PPC strategies to reduce ACoS and increase TACoS efficiency.
  • Product Launches: Develop and execute launch plans for new ASINs, including listing creation, reviews, and rank strategy.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Amazon FBA experience (at least 3 years).
  • Strong command of Amazon Ads (PPC) and conversion optimization.
  • Highly analytical with deep proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Confident leadership and cross-functional team management.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
