Amazon Virtual Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team. As an Amazon VA, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.

About the Role
  • Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings.
  • Manage shipments from creation to successful delivery.
  • Conduct daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication.
  • Handle refunds, replacements, and resolve negative feedback.
  • Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor account health & performance metrics, fixing issues before they escalate.
  • Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.
Key Responsibilities

This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
