Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time, remote role is crucial as we expand our product catalog and operations on Amazon.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the go-to person for managing product listings, ensuring compliance, and supporting general office administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform regular housekeeping of existing product listings, ensuring all information is current, compliant, and optimized.
  • Verify product data, specifications, and images meet Amazon's guidelines and brand standards.
  • Monitor product health and address any listing issues or discrepancies promptly.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in uploading and managing products on Amazon Seller Central is required.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's product listing best practices, compliance requirements, and general account management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
