Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role in driving growth for high-impact companies. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless campaign execution, delivering exceptional results, and providing transparent performance visibility.

You will work closely with the Head of Client Accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Campaign Managers, Researchers, SDRs, and AI specialists. Your primary objective will be to drive project momentum, eliminate execution barriers, and deliver polished client-facing outputs.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in B2B outbound copywriting, go-to-market strategies, and CRM systems. They should also possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation platforms, and CRM systems
  • Create comprehensive go-to-market strategy development, campaign architecture, and outreach sequencing
  • Design and refine high-converting outreach messaging, including connection requests, multi-touch follow-up sequences, and email cadences
  • Lead campaign brief development, ideal customer profile refinement, and lead list validation processes
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, and targeting parameters to maximize campaign performance
  • Design and maintain sophisticated reporting dashboards, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations for client review
  • Develop compelling, brand-aligned copy that resonates with client objectives and maintains consistent voice across all touchpoints
  • Manage automated and manual client communication workflows, including meeting booking updates, campaign milestones, and performance highlights

Data Management & CRM Operations:

  • Maintain comprehensive contact tagging, activity logging, and lead progression tracking within CRM systems
  • Manage appointment coordination, including no-show follow-up, reschedule processing, and confirmation workflows
  • Execute systematic re-engagement campaigns for prospects expressing future interest or delayed buying timelines
  • Ensure data integrity across all client touchpoints and maintain GDPR/compliance standards

Performance Analytics & Reporting:

  • Generate comprehensive daily end-of-day reports featuring key metrics, execution blockers, campaign highlights, and strategic recommendations
  • Maintain real-time client and campaign performance dashboards using Coda and integrated analytics platforms
  • Partner with AI operations team on automated monthly and weekly client reporting processes
  • Conduct regular campaign performance analysis and optimization recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B outbound copywriting with proven conversion rate improvements
  • Exceptional English writing and editing capabilities with strong understanding of tone, voice, and brand consistency
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B companies
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation platforms, and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign metrics and recommending data-driven optimizations
