. With our growing portfolio, we are looking for dynamic professionals to join our Business Development and Marketing team and help us drive growth, build partnerships, and expand our client base.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Growth
- Identify and pursue opportunities with developers, renewable energy companies, and infrastructure firms.
- Develop and execute business strategies that generate quality leads and close deals.
- Conduct market research to spot industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Proactively address client needs, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Contract Negotiation & Business Planning
- Lead contract discussions to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution.
- Develop business plans, conduct financial analysis, and provide data-driven insights.
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Work and collaborate with likeminded and professional team members, fostering collaboration and performance.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Experience
: At least 5+ years in business development, sales, or a related field at a managerial or senior level. Strong ability to engage with executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. - Skills
: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach. - Industry Knowledge
: Background in
real estate, land solutions, renewable energy, or infrastructure
is highly preferred. - Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field. - Location
: Must be open to working on-site at
Ortigas Center, Pasig City
.
