
Chief Project Administrator

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to support our team in various organizational topics.
- Collaborate with the project delivery team to drive process improvements.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and controlling processes.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, finance, and controlling teams.
- Support contracting and coordination with subcontractors.
- Track and follow up on tasks and issues for the Europe team.
- Assist with onboarding new team members.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation.
- Support auditing processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Goal-oriented and independent work approach.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven track record as a project coordinator or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
- English language skills.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in the banking and financial services sector.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of SAP systems.
- PMP or Prince 2 certification.
- ITIL certification.
