Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to support our team in various organizational topics.

  • Collaborate with the project delivery team to drive process improvements.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and controlling processes.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, finance, and controlling teams.
  • Support contracting and coordination with subcontractors.
  • Track and follow up on tasks and issues for the Europe team.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation.
  • Support auditing processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Goal-oriented and independent work approach.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record as a project coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products.
  • English language skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in the banking and financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems.
  • PMP or Prince 2 certification.
  • ITIL certification.
