Key Operational Role

This senior management position oversees company operations, focusing on process optimization and efficient workflow. The Director of Operations reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is responsible for developing strategic plans, monitoring performance, managing resources, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and improve operational effectiveness, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance measurement.
  • Participate in executive team discussions to determine strategic growth and develop business strategies.

  • Develop and execute new operational initiatives to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to create financial plans and ensure company-wide compliance.
  • Monitor revenue margins and conduct regular budget reviews to maximize profits.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Possession of an MBA degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in real estate project development/management.
