Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Overview

Our organization seeks a highly organized and proactive executive assistant to support our CEO.

  • Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's paperwork, business affairs, communications, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Prioritize emails, calls, and other communications; Communicate on behalf of the CEO with internal and external parties.
  • Travel Coordination: Organize and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Meeting and Event Planning: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events; Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Business Operations: Assist in managing various business ventures and projects; Conduct research and provide insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

  • Handle all paperwork and documentation for the CEO.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and manage the filing system.
  • Communicate professionally with various stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably graduated with Latin honors.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is an advantage but not required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Confident in handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
