Job Description

Become a sales leader and drive revenue growth by managing a team of sales professionals. This role involves developing strategic relationships with clients, promoting employee growth, and providing world-class training opportunities.


Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to achieve business targets and meet performance metrics, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure data is up-to-date in the CRM system
  • Remove obstacles and support team members in resolving challenges to pursue sales opportunities
  • Monitor and lead call time and productivity; conduct weekly reviews and coaching sessions with all team members
  • Analyze data and trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client territories
  • Stay current on market developments and keep the team informed on latest directions
  • Be a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues
  • Maintain balanced communication with the Sales Director and external clients to foster strategic relationships
  • Work with client contact on reporting and forecasting
  • Ensure the team understands and achieves operating plan targets, sales targets, and client performance targets
  • Collaborate with internal resources and external partners to develop a coaching platform
  • Coordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds
  • Partner and build business relationships with partners to meet customer expectations
  • Improve sales processes and deliver a positive customer experience

Qualifications
  • 5+ years proven work experience in a sales role
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Experience in operations and strategy development
  • Excellent coaching history
  • Proven track record of developing and retaining top employees
  • Experience maximizing revenue through best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
  • Experience finding solutions as a manager
  • Change management skills
