Job Title: Event Admin Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Event Administrative Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital support role in the execution and administration of high-level events, squad initiatives, chapters, and community programming.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage logistics for events, including coordinating guest lists, scheduling, and communications
- Field member questions and provide timely support
- Coordinate project management and event planning tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment. You should also have a proven track record in executive support roles and be adept at managing a wide range of responsibilities.
