We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives, event coordination, and lead generation activities. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, creativity, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, Edit and Manage External Communications: Create email campaigns, newsletters, invitations, and promotional content that resonate with our target audience.
  • Develop Compelling Content: Write and refine copy for marketing materials, social posts, and presentations with consistent messaging and tone.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with leadership to ensure all messaging aligns with company goals and objectives.
Creative Branding Support:
  • Assist in Developing Marketing Assets: Help create brochures, flyers, presentations, videos, and event signage that showcase our brand's unique personality.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all materials and platforms reflect our brand's image and values.
  • Edit and Finalize Creatives: Utilize internal tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Loop) to edit, finalize, and export creatives for use.
Social Media Digital Presence:
  • Draft Schedule and Monitor Posts: Create engaging LinkedIn and other platform posts to support campaigns, announcements, and events.
  • Track Engagement Metrics: Analyze metrics and recommend improvements for digital visibility.
Event Coordination:
  • Plan Organize and Support Events: Coordinate both virtual and in-person events, including conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and webinars.
  • Manage Event Timelines Deliverables Registrations Booth Preparations Logistics: Oversee event timelines, deliverables, registrations, booth preparations, and logistics.

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications. Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
