Contract Procurement Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Contract Procurement Specialist to lead the procurement process for U.S. government contracts, focusing on service apartment rentals and pest control services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities aligned with company offerings through thorough analysis of government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs).
  • Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other U.S. government procurement requirements.
  • Conduct cost estimation, pricing analysis, and risk assessment to create effective bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and create accurate and compelling proposals.
  • Establish strong relationships with government agencies and contracting officers to clarify requirements.
  • Track bid status and implement lessons learned to improve future outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract procurement for U.S. government contracts, with a focus on service apartment rentals and pest control.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes.
  • Expertise in developing and submitting compliant bids, including experience with pricing models and cost estimation.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools such as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
