Join our dynamic procurement team as a Procurement Specialist.

Drive cost savings and optimize supplier networks with your expertise in sourcing principles, negotiation techniques, and contract management.

  • Conduct pre-qualification processes to narrow down vendors for RFP and/or RFQ.
  • Float competitive tenders through RFP or RFQ for goods/services with standard technical specifications.
  • Propose supplier selection and evaluation criteria in coordination with end users.
  • Conduct technical and commercial evaluations based on user-set criteria.
  • Award bids and coordinate contract creation with Vendor Management teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products, goods, and services while evaluating vendor performance and facilitating corrective actions.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and eliminate waste through spend analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a degree in Engineering or related fields (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration).
  • Gain at least 2 years of experience in related roles.
  • Develop strong understanding of sourcing principles, negotiation techniques, and contract management.
  • Possess effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Be familiar with ERP systems or bidding platforms.
