Customer success is about delivering value to customers and ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
The Customer Success Manager role at RingCentral involves working closely with customers to understand their business needs and goals, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet those needs. This includes aligning customer objectives with product capabilities, encouraging the use of new features that drive business forward, and evaluating churn and downsell risk for each customer.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:
- Proactively addressing customer dissatisfaction or feature gaps
- Developing plans to ensure customers are successfully adopting our platform
- Conducting regular cadences and quarterly customer success reviews
- Building trust with customers by meeting their needs and expectations
- Aligning customers with enablement resources to drive adoption
