About the Role

The Customer Experience Lead will be responsible for ensuring clients receive maximum value from our services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and assistants to drive business growth.
  • Analyze customer accounts, performance metrics, and goals to identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and working proactively to ensure customer retention and minimize churn.

Measuring Success
  • Maintaining and improving client satisfaction and continuity.
  • Growing revenue from existing accounts through upsells and expansions.
  • Achieving positive client feedback and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, relationship building, or customer success.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging with top-tier clients (C+-level).
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer relationships and drive progress.
