Job Overview

The Talent Sourcer role is a key part of our search process. This position involves finding, engaging, and qualifying software engineering candidates for our portfolio of startup clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • We work closely with recruiters to understand role requirements, client needs, and candidate personas for highly technical positions such as backend engineers, full stack engineers, infrastructure, AI/ML, and product management.
  • Targeted sourcing strategies will be executed across various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack/Discord groups, and other niche communities.
  • Proactive engagement and follow-up with passive candidates are expected.
  • Staying on top of engineering hiring trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics is crucial to refine sourcing strategies continuously.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting are required.
  • A strong track record with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search is essential, while familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, and other technical communities is beneficial.
  • Understanding of software engineering roles, skills, and terminology is necessary.
