Key Role

This is a technical operations specialist position focusing on the stability and performance of production systems. You will leverage deep technical expertise in blockchain technologies to manage, optimize, and enhance our platform infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Deploy, optimize, and operate blockchain networks for enhanced reliability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot high-impact incidents through rigorous analysis and collaboration with blockchain partners.
  • Develop comprehensive monitoring solutions using advanced dashboards for proactive issue detection.
  • Define service-level objectives (SLOs) and agreements (SLAs) for optimized system performance.
  • Implement automation solutions to streamline deployments and reduce manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system operation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years in technical operations or related fields with Linux/Unix administration experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of complex blockchain infrastructures and ability to interpret logs and JSON-RPC responses.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration management and automation tools.
  • Competency in scripting languages and monitoring/analytics platforms.
  • Ability to identify performance patterns and implement preventive measures.
