  • Evaluate support engagements against predetermined quality benchmarks.
  • Run regular reports, analyze metrics and share findings with relevant teams.
  • Report ongoing issues during weekly SME meetings and to the customer care manager.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years QA experience.
  • Must be proficient in Zendesk; minimum of at least 3 years exposure.
  • Previous experience in customer service environment.
