About This Role

As a highly skilled administrative professional, you will provide exceptional support to our clients' CEOs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing the CEO's inbox and task list, scheduling meetings, coordinating calls, and assisting with business communication.

Additionally, you will play a critical role in shifting invoicing to QuickBooks, handling sending and collecting payments, preparing and maintaining essential client documents, and assisting in setting up tools and systems to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in an operational and executive assistant role.
  • Highly detail-oriented and thrives on clarity, structure, and follow-through.
  • Proactive and takes initiative—anticipates needs before being asked.
  • Tech-savvy with tools like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and over the phone.
  • Able to manage shifting priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
What We Offer
  • $1,100 - $1,500 per month depending on experience.
  • $500 bonus at 90 days and $1,800 available in annual performance bonuses.
