Job Role: Home Health Care Coordinator
About the PositionThe Home Healthcare Administrator plays a pivotal role in overseeing intake coordination, compliance, and clinical documentation. As a bridge between physicians, nurses, patients, and administrative staff, they ensure seamless communication and timely patient care.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills to manage new patient intakes while ensuring adherence to CMS and state regulations. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with physicians and nurses to review, write, and edit high-level clinical notes.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee daily referrals, authorization statuses, and admission workflows.
- Support administrative operations, including scheduling, documentation, and internal communications.
- Liaise with field clinicians and doctors to streamline documentation and provide timely patient care.
- Utilize DataSoft Logic (DSL) and Axxess systems to manage documentation, compliance, and reporting workflows.
- 3–5 years of experience in Intake Coordination within the United States, preferably within California's home health sector.
- Clinical credentials: Registered Nurse (RN), Doctor (MD), or high-level clinical healthcare expert.
- 1–2 years of administrative experience in healthcare—ideally in home health.
- Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken—with a clear and understandable accent.
- Proven hands-on experience with DataSoft Logic and Axxess platforms.
