
Expert Lease Documentation Specialist

This role involves supporting the end-to-end lease documentation process by preparing, reviewing, and managing lease-related documents in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
No legal degree is required, but strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work cross-functionally are essential.
- Draft and process lease documents including Equipment Lease Schedules (ELS), Purchase Orders (POs), Acceptance Certificates (ACs), and Amendments using CRM (e.g., Creatio) and document management tools (e.g., M-Files)
- Ensure accuracy of lease terms, financial obligations, and equipment details before finalizing documents
- Maintain compliance with internal SLAs and documentation standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required data and resolve discrepancies.
- Use standardized templates and ensure dual-language compliance when required (e.g., English/Spanish leases)
The ideal candidate will have an associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, leasing, or a strong document administrative role is also desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary as well as experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.
