Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to build and work with financial/data models.

The role involves working closely with departments such as finance, sales, HR, and IT to ensure data accuracy, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage workflows and datasets across multiple departments, ensuring information and documentation are properly structured
  • Work closely with team members to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks
  • Help enforce process and quality standards across teams
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools
