Procurement Specialist

  • This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sourcing and supply chain management.
  • As a Procurement Specialist, you will support the procurement team in sourcing materials, components, and products from domestic and international suppliers.
  • You will prepare and issue purchase orders based on inventory levels, sales forecasts, and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and Procurement: You will source furniture materials, components, and products from various suppliers and negotiate prices and delivery terms.

Purchase Order Management: You will prepare and issue purchase orders, track order status, and resolve any delays or discrepancies.

Vendor Relationship Management: You will maintain accurate records of vendor information, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Supply Chain Coordination: You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to receive shipments.

Administrative Tasks: You will perform administrative tasks such as filing, preparing reports, and reconciling invoices.
