Expert E-commerce Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished e-commerce solutions specialist to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for delivering world-class e-commerce solutions across the APAC region.

In this role, you will work closely with our Managed Services team to identify business opportunities and provide technical insights to support day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive business growth.
  • Conduct thorough requirement gathering and analysis to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project estimations, risk assessment, and handle project commercials.
  • Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge e-commerce solutions using Adobe AEM modules and Magento.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging customer experiences on Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Define best practices and implementation processes to enhance team efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce solution administration and development.
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Commerce ecosystem, specifically in Magento Commerce, Magento Order Management, and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Adobe Commerce (Magento) certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in incident management and troubleshooting.
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading meetings and workshops with business users.
  • Highly adaptable to changing environments and diverse stakeholders.
  • A passion for digital innovation and technological advancements in e-commerce.
