Community Development Liaison

This intermediate professional serves as the primary liaison to local churches, responsible for strengthening their capacity and resources to minister to children and youth.
- Promotes awareness about children's needs and prioritizes child protection.
- Demonstrates a commitment to serve, respect, and empower local churches.
- Strengthens church ownership and capacity through developmental approaches.
The facilitator nurtures relationships characterized by mutual respect, trust, and service, facilitating partner relationships through the Partner Management core process, improving church outcomes, and adopting a developmental mindset.
Responsibilities- Facilitates reflection and planning with local churches to grow in capacity and maturity.
- Supports church strategies to engage parents, caregivers, children, and youth.
- Works with pastors and church staff to identify capacity development needs.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years in community development or partnership management.
- Experience in program cycle management for WASH, Education, and Livelihood projects.
