**Senior Legal Assistant Role Overview**
This role is responsible for providing critical support to the Corporate Secretary in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the Corporation.
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings for the Board of Directors and various Committees, ensuring timely notifications are sent to relevant parties.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, presentation decks, and other necessary documents for smooth meeting execution.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as excellent research, drafting, and documentation abilities.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Legal Management or Business Administration, is required. A Juris Doctor graduate is also preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain corporate records, including meeting minutes and resolutions.
- Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and review contracts, agreements, and correspondence with partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and documentation abilities.
