Support and Enablement Role

We are looking for a seasoned and experienced professional to provide strategic support to an entrepreneur based in Australia, who operates multiple ventures across industries. This is a full-time remote position, ideally aligned with Australian business hours.

About the Role:
  • Manage and optimize the entrepreneur's calendar, including time-blocking, meeting preparation, and task prioritization
  • Maintain daily and weekly accountability around the entrepreneur's goals and tasks
  • Follow up with internal team members to ensure timely progress and updates
  • Provide strategic support across various businesses: pet supply retailer (core business), property development, and cosmetics brand
  • Offer light support for beverage brand and other startup ventures
  • Help structure and refine systems for task management, communications, and planning
  • Assist with quarterly/monthly leadership priorities — light Chief of Staff-level involvement
Requirements:
  • A skilled EA with strong organizational skills and proven ability to create and manage systems
  • A diplomatic communicator who follows up confidently without overstepping
  • Detail-oriented and autonomous — capable of working independently
