Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to provide technical assistance to users via various channels.

  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to clients and staff through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Maintain routine system checks using ConnectWise Command to ensure optimal performance.
  • Configure and manage user accounts, security settings, and group policies to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Administer networking devices, email systems, and Office 365 services to maintain a seamless workflow.
  • Regularly monitor and maintain daily backups using Datto to prevent data loss.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Microsoft technologies and familiarity with ITIL best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and staff at all levels.
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting technical issues across diverse enterprise environments.
  • The ability to configure and manage network switches, routers, and firewalls from leading vendors such as CISCO, HP, and Draytek.
