We are seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Providing technical support and assistance to customers in a courteous and effective manner
- Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
- Assisting customers in setting up and troubleshooting technical issues with software and hardware
- More than 1 year of technical support experience
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
- A complex thinker and technical thinker to understand the products and services provided by the customers they will be supporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic technical support background
- Experience in answering chats, emails, and calls
