The Territory Business Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and customer loyalty within a designated territory. Key duties include developing and implementing a sales strategy, collecting payments from customers, and providing technical assistance to end-users.
Business Development- Develops and implements sales plans that meet or exceed projected sales growth targets.
- Undertakes market studies on product price trends, competitor activities, and distribution networks.
- Ensures efficient collection of payments from dealers and distributors within agreed credit terms.
- Provides training and support to distributors in building their sales strategies and linking with sub-dealers and end-users.
- Handles customer complaints and assists with warehouse concerns.
- Coordinates with the Technical Service Analysts regarding quality issues of products.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Food Science/Food Technology.
Experience:
- At least one year of experience in related work preferably from FMCG industry.
