
Business Growth and Strategy Manager

We are looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead our revenue growth initiatives. This key role will drive business expansion, optimize sales and marketing processes, and oversee the acquisitions pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to identify, evaluate, and acquire new customers, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Process Optimization: Manage and enhance the technology stack, workflows, and data that support our sales, marketing, and customer success teams, promoting efficiency and productivity.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to leadership and team managers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of revenue operations and GTM efforts with company-wide goals.
- Proven experience in a strategic business development or revenue growth role.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales and marketing tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly to various audiences.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for process improvement.
