Business Development Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, to identify and engage potential B2B clients.
  • Prospect and qualify leads through thorough research and analysis of their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, showcasing the unique value proposition and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.
  • Continuously nurture and follow up with leads, addressing any inquiries and providing necessary information to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Provide post-sales support by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward closing deals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in B2B sales or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations.
  • Knowledge of basic business research tools (LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce, or similar CRM).
  • Proficiency in MS Office-based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales deals.
