  • Manage accounts payable through cloud-based accounting software, ensuring timely processing and zero inbox status.
  • Process and categorize approximately 500 monthly transactions to specific jobs, utilizing financial systems and collaborating with team members via communication platforms.

  • Process and categorize approximately 500 monthly transactions to specific jobs.
  • Manage accounts payable through Bill.com, ensuring zero inbox status.
  • Handle accounts receivable, including manual invoice entry from project management software.
  • Track and reconcile credit card transactions and handwritten checks.
  • Collaborate with team members via communication platforms for transaction categorization.
  • Monitor and maintain accuracy between multiple financial systems.
  • Process purchase orders and customer invoices.
  • Ensure all customer invoices are properly logged and assigned to correct jobs.
  • Mark paid bills appropriately in Bill.com for credit card and check payments.
Requirements
  • QuickBooks Online certification is required.
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting software is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills are necessary.
  • Detail-oriented individuals with high accuracy in data entry are ideal.
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes is essential.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices is necessary.
  • Proficiency in financial reconciliation is required.
