Accounting Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various accounting duties, including processing invoices, transactions, and expenses, as well as updating our accounting database.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable Voucher Entry: Accurately process and record accounts payable vouchers in our system.
  • Transaction Analysis: Analyze and summarize revolving fund entry transactions, liquidations, and reimbursements.
  • Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Accountancy Degree: Possess a degree in accountancy or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Have 1-2 years of professional experience in general accounting and financial reports generation.
  • Costing and Accounts Receivable Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge in costing and accounts receivable management.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Be highly detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
