About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting duties, including entering supplier invoices into QuickBooks, preparing check runs based on cash flow forecasts and generating client invoices upon order completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter all supplier invoices into Syncore and/or QuickBooks.
- Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow forecasts.
- Generate client invoices upon order completion.
- Conduct routine collection follow-ups and issue past-due notices and statements.
- Manage royalty entry and submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions.
- Perform general clerical support and resolve accounting issues as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- At least 3 years of accounting experience in a professional setting.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and general Office Suite proficiency (Word, Outlook).
