The successful candidate will support the bid team in researching, drafting, and submitting high-quality proposals tailored to win contracts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Tender Development:
    • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to collect information for proposals
    • Tailor bid content to accurately address client needs and highlight strengths
  • Collaboration and Liaising:
    • Liaise with stakeholders to incorporate feedback into bid documentation
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams for effective proposal submission
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Proofread all bid documents for accuracy and adherence to client specifications
    • Ensure proposals meet corporate branding and quality standards
  • Market Research and Information:
    • Conduct market research to inform tender responses effectively
    • Maintain a database of prior bids and responses for future use
  • Project Coordination:
    • Track and report on bid progress against set timelines
    • Support the maintenance of a bid calendar, ensuring alignment with submission deadlines
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and bid management tools
  • Experience or strong knowledge in bid writing, marketing, or project planning
