
Senior Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Proposal Manager to drive new business growth by developing sales proposals and presentations.
Your primary focus will be on working with our Sales Team to analyze requests for proposals (RFPs), contribute to bid strategy and win themes, develop proposal plans and outlines, and complete proposals with attention to thoroughness, accuracy, quality, and layout.
You will also coordinate the work of an integrated pursuit team to meet all schedules and deadlines, assess solicitation requirements, resource needs, and other proposal elements, and maintain close relationships with Sales, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to generate high-quality proposals and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective bid strategies and win themes
- Analyze RFPs and identify key customer needs and pain points
- Coordinate proposal development and production schedules
- Maintain close relationships with Sales, SMEs, and stakeholders
- Lead proposal phases, including Kickoff meetings and internal proposal team reviews
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in leading proposal responses, preferably in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
- Experience collaborating with remote teams and excellent communication skills
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of the contact center world
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
