We are looking for a proactive
Recruitment Coordinator
with strong Spanish and English communication skills to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and providing an excellent candidate experience while ensuring smooth collaboration with hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates in
Spanish and English
, ensuring clear and professional correspondence. - Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Support sourcing efforts and initial candidate screenings when required.
- Assist in onboarding coordination and recruitment-related administration.
Requirements:
Proficiency in
Spanish and English
(written & spoken)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Prior experience in recruitment coordination or HR support is a plus
Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
