
Recruitment Coordinator

Role Overview:
The Recruitment Coordinator will manage end-to-end recruitment processes. He/she will be involved in various HR functions, including manpower training, policy implementation, and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' suitability based on company criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring manager.
- Manage all onboarding requirements for new hires, including background checks, compliance documentation, and orientation scheduling.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the planning and execution of training programs focusing on product knowledge, customer service, brand representation, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and develop relevant materials.
- Provide general support to the HR and Operations Department in areas such as timekeeping, employee relations and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with legal requirements.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining open lines of communication and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its values and culture to prospective candidates.
- Coordinate with store managers regarding Brand Ambassadors concerns.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
