We are seeking an energetic and skilled Industrial Cleaning Technician to join our team of professionals who travel extensively throughout the US. This role requires a high level of mobility, adaptability, and a strong ability to work independently in various customer facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for manually cleaning condenser and heat exchange tubes using water pump systems and assorted tube cleaners. They must also read pressure gauges to identify drops or rises in pressure from water pump systems, and perform tasks involving heavy lifting, transporting, assembling, carrying or positioning equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Additional responsibilities include inventorying trailers to ensure they are ready for each job, performing preventive maintenance on all service equipment, setting up support equipment as needed, and adhering to Conco's Safety Policies & Procedure Manual.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain a TWIC card.
  • Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
